Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services market specialising in funds management.
He commenced his career in retail funds distribution for Prudential, working in similar roles nationally for JP Morgan Investment Management and Salomon Smith Barney Asset Management before joining AMP limited where in his last role, he headed the Business Development function for AMP’s largest sales division, the Savings and Retirement unit. Following this, Andrew became the Chief Executive Officer of Australian listed financial services company MMC Contrarian, responsible for building the funds management incubation model, funds management M&A and developing fund manager start ups. Andrew’s most recent role has been as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Multi Asset and Alternatives specialist Select Asset Management. At both MMC and Select, Andrew was a member of each firms Investment Committee. Andrew is the former President of the Sydney University Conservatorium of Music Foundation where he successfully launched a major endowment fund, supports an Australia wide student composition scholarship and is an adjunct lecturer in Marketing at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Andrew is also a director of the Association of Goals Based Advisers, a non for profit association dedicated to goals based investing and advice.

Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in both domestic and international (Asia, Japan, UK, Europe, America) financial services markets specialising in investment management, banking and stock broking. He commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co where he was a tax specialist advisor. He joined the funds management industry in 1991 and was most recently an Executive Director at Macquarie Bank for Macquarie Global Investment and Macquarie Investment Lending where he led a specialist investment and lending team of over 150 people with greater than $6b in assets under management. He has also held senior sales and leadership roles at Citi Asset Management, JP Morgan Investment Management and Rothschild Asset Management.
He is also an passionate supporter of Micro Entrepreneurs and has been the Fund Raising Director and Philanthropy Director for Opportunity International Australia, a not-for-profit global microfinance organisation.

Cameron has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services market specialising in funds management, equities and banking.
After graduating from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics, he started his career at one of Australia's leading Fund Management firms, Mercantile Mutual (now ING Investment Management), supporting the IFA market. Cameron spent the next 3 years working in London in institutional equities at Deutsche Bank and Abn Amro gaining valuable experience working in a major financial centre. Upon returning to Australia, Cameron embarked on a 16 year career at Macquarie Group where he primarily worked in distribution and distribution leadership roles in the Wrap, CMA, Investment Lending and tailored investment teams. His last 4 years at Macquarie were spent working in the Personal Banking division helping to grow out their lending footprint in the Australian market in the HNW space.
Cameron is on the Board of Directors of the Allambie Heights Village Pty Ltd, a not for profit aged care and retirement village where he also on the Investment committee.

Jessica commenced working for Winston Capital in 2018 as a Business Development Associate supporting the sales function.
Jessica has previously been a classroom music teacher working in many schools around Sydney. She has also worked in administration roles through her own business and local business in Sydney. Jessica has an undergraduate degree in Music and a Masters in Teaching from University of New South Wales. She continues to also teach singing as a choir tutor at the Australian Girls Choir.
